SEPWhat is a SEP?A SEP (Simplified Employer Plan) is a flexible employer sponsored and employer funded retirement plan allowing tax deductible contributions up to $49,000 in 2009 and 2010 which grow tax deferred until retirement. Virtually all small businesses qualify for participation whether unincorporated or incorporated.
